Ingredients for making Amla Chutney
About 6-7 gooseberries
coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin
Ginger
Salt
1/2 tsp asafoetida
Method
Making Amla Chutney is quite easy. To make this, first wash the gooseberry thoroughly and cut it. After cutting, take out its seeds.
After this, boil the gooseberry pieces in light water so that they become soft. Filter the boiled gooseberry and let it cool.
Now add amla, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, cumin, asafoetida and salt in the mixer. Grind all these things well.
If the chutney seems thick then you can add some water. Take out the prepared amla chutney in a container and then serve it with paratha. It can also be consumed with pakodas.
